To elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which lncRNA regulates colorectal cancer cell progression and 5-fluorouracil (5FU) chemoresistance, we constructed two independent lncRNA-knockdown cell lines (shKD1 and shKD2) in colorectal cancer cells using short hairpin RNA (shRNA) technology. Subsequently, transcriptomic analysis was performed to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between the lncRNA-knockdown cell lines and control cells (shCtrl).
