Effects of Nova1 I197V substitution on Gene Expression in Brain Tissues [RNA-Seq]

To elucidate the effect of human specific one amino acid substitution of Nova1 (I197V) in mice, gene expression profiling analysis was performed using humanized Nova1 mice (NOVA1hu/hu) and their littermate control mice (NOVA1wt/wt). To analyze changes in gene expression in NOVA1hu/hu mice, we performed RNA sequencing analysis of each brain region (cortex, midbrain, cerebellum).
