Chiton probe sets to capture Ultralconserved Elements (UCE).

Chiton probe sets are designed from published chiton genomes and transcriptomes to capture Ultralconserved Elements (UCE) and used for phylogenomics. chitionT.prob.fas: Transcriptome-based probes (TP) designed from chtion transcriptomes, with 10,552 probes targeting 2,524 UCE loci. chitonG.prob.fas: Genome-based probes (GP) designed from chiton genomes, with 9,571 probes targeting 3,333 loci. chitonM.prob.fas: The genomic and transcriptomic probes were merged and screened against each other to remove redundant probes, with 19,020 probes targeting 5,730 UCE loci.
