RNAME provides a comprehensive resource for RNA modification enzymes.The current version of RNAME collected more than 21,931 manually curated writers, readers and erasers for the 7 major kinds of RNA modifications, namely Cap, I, m1A, m6A, m5C, Pseudouridine(Ψ) and m7G. These proteins are from 456 species covering animals, plant, and fungi.
