收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains source data obtained during research under the project financed by National Science Center Poland - NCN; UMO-2021/43/D/ST8/01491 "Research on the influence of the polymer composites processing conditions on the stabilizing effect of functional plant-derived fillers", relating to research results described in the publication "Scots pine and caucasian fir needles as functional fillers of polylactide-based (PLA) composites", DOI: 10.1007/s10570-025-06798-z The research work carried out involved measurements using the following methods:- Particle size analysis based on a microscopic analysis | abbreviation: PSD- Visible light microscopy | abbreviation: LM- CIE L*a*b* color analysis | abbreviation: COLOR- Oxidation onset temperature raw data from differential scanning calorimetry | abbreviation: OOT- Differential scanning calorimetry | abbreviation: DSC- TGA thermogravimetry | abbreviation: TGA- Static tension test results | abbreviation: TT- Dynstat impact strength results | abbreviation: IS- Polarized light microscopy of samples solidified at the heating stage at different cooling rates | abbreviation: POM- Scanning electron microscopy | abbreviation: SEM- Specimens difita photography | abbreviation: PHOTO- Dynamic thermomechanical analysis | abbreviation: DMA- Water contact angle measurements | abbreviation: CA- Water absorption test | abbreviation: WA- Physicochemical properties, chemical composition, antioxidant properties determined by extraction methods | abbreviation: PHYS In this study, polylactide (PLA) was filled with ground fir (FN) and pine (PN) needles at 1, 2, 5, 10, and 20 wt% to produce composites. Samples molded by injection molding at 50°C were characterized as amorphous (AM). Therefore, additional batches were annealed at 100°C for 3 hours to obtain PLA structures and composites with an increased degree of crystallinity (CR). File markings/name consist of: measurement type_material name(ALL, PLA, 1PN, 2PN, 5PN, 10PN, 20PN, 1FN, 2FN, 5, FN, 10FN, 20FN)-material form(-/AM/CR)_magnification(MACRO, 120x, 200x, 500x, 1000x, 2000x, 5000x)_sample repetition number
