In this dataset, we present ChIP-seq profiling of RXRα in proliferating C2C12 myoblasts, which serves as an extension of Series GSE94558. The overall data provides genome-wide occupancy of RXRα in normal myoblast proliferation. We profiled the genome-wide enrichment of RXRα, a binding partner of different nuclear receptors, in proliferating C2C12 myoblasts. High-throughput ChIP-seq analysis was performed to assess RXRα binding, with input chromatin DNA serving as control (GSE94558). *************************************************************** The table below lists GEO accessions reused/reanalyzed for this study. ***************************************************************
