A transposon mutant library of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv was grown in vitro under nutrient replete conditions (7H9 medium) and passaged five times to obtain a final library P5, which was subjected to Next Generation Sequencing. The high density library allows us to identify essentiality status of H37Rv genes.
