ThirdPeak is a flexible tool designed for the robust analysis of two- and three-dimensional tracking data

Experimental and simulated data used in the publication: ThirdPeak: A flexible tool designed for the robust analysis of two- and three-dimensional (single-molecule) tracking data. Included is also the python environment to run the neural-network functionalities. The NN is based on the work of Hatzakis et al. The Experimental and simulated data both include localisations, as well as the underlying images. The python environment was generated on a windows laptop, using a NVIDIA GPU for hardware acceleration.
