T cell intrinsic immunomodulatory effects of TAK-981 in chronic lymphocytic leukemia patient derived T cells

Transcriptome analysis of TAK981 or DMSO pre-treated chronic lymphocytic leukemia patient derived T cells upon TCR engagement Peripheral blood derived and FACS sorted (CD4+CD45RA+ CD45RO-) Naïve CD4 T cells from four chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients was pre treated with TAK981 or DMSO (1hr) then stimulated with CD3/CD28. Gene expression profiles were determined through use of Affymetrix Clariom S hybridization array. Gene expression was quantified by Transcriptome Analysis Console (v 4.0) software. No technical replicates were performed.
