The role of ZNHIT3 in cerebellar granule cell development

Zinc finger HIT domain-containing protein 3 (ZNHIT3) is a pathogenic gene for PHEO syndrome comprising cerebellar atrophy, yet its role in cerebellar development remains poorly understood. Here, we performed RNA-seq in control and Znhit3 deficiency GCPs. Overall design: To investigate the potential mechanisms of cerebral atrophy in Znhit3-deficient mice, we performed the RNA-seq of GCPs isolated from control and Znhit3 cKO mice at P3 and P6.
