依据告警数据,实时监测电池在电梯内的运输情况;设备抓图便于在发生突发状况时,快速了解现场状况,定位电梯及电池所在位置,及时处理,保障居民安全;定期对告警数据设备抓图所反映的现场情况进行分析,方便物业对电池入梯行为进行日常监管,预防电池在电梯内发生故障或引发火灾,为电梯维护和管理提供有力支持;根据一段时间内告警的数据规模、现场图片、时间等,帮助电梯生产销售企业了解该地的电池入梯情况,研判是否需要升级电梯性能,为居民提供更加便捷、安全的乘梯环境;公开报道一段时间内电池入梯告警数据,可以提高公众对电池入梯安全的重视程度。1.通过基于传感器的实时电梯门开关状态检测算法检出处于运行状态的电梯; 2.开启电梯内摄像头抓图服务(抓图频率1FPS),并将图片上传到华为云obs。云端算法服务器从华为云obs拉取到图片后,通过基于深度学习神经网络训练的目标检测算法进行图片检测,输出图片相关属性;3.输出的图片属性包含:目标类型category、目标坐标框box、目标结果置信度score; 4.对输出的目标类型进行识别,若目标类型category=12,表示目标结果为电池,系统会向平台发送电池乘梯告警,告警时间为时间戳,更加精准。
Based on alert data, this system conducts real-time monitoring of the transportation status of batteries inside elevators. The in-elevator image capture function enables rapid understanding of on-site situations, localization of elevators and batteries, and timely emergency handling to ensure resident safety. Regular analysis of on-site conditions reflected by alert data and captured images facilitates daily supervision of battery elevator entry behaviors by property management teams, prevents malfunctions or fires caused by batteries inside elevators, and provides strong support for elevator maintenance and management. Over a given period, data such as alert volume, on-site images, and timestamps help elevator manufacturing and sales enterprises understand local battery elevator entry situations, evaluate whether to upgrade elevator performance, and provide residents with a more convenient and safe elevator riding environment. Public disclosure of battery elevator entry alert data over a period can enhance public awareness of battery elevator entry safety.
1. Detect operating elevators using a real-time elevator door switch state detection algorithm based on sensors.
2. Enable the in-elevator camera image capture service with a capture frequency of 1 FPS, and upload the captured images to HUAWEI CLOUD OBS. After the cloud-based algorithm server pulls the images from HUAWEI CLOUD OBS, it performs image detection via a target detection algorithm trained on deep learning neural networks, and outputs image-related attributes.
3. The output image attributes include: target type (category), target bounding box (box), and target confidence score (score).
4. Identify the target type: if the target category equals 12, the detected object is a battery, and the system will send a battery elevator entry alert, with the alert time recorded as a timestamp to achieve more precise alerting.
