Experimental data - Fitness effects of a demography-dispersal trade-off in expanding Saccharomyces cerevisiae mats - Physical Biology 2023

Data for experimental results obtained from TBR1 and TBR5 yeast mat experiments. Data that was used to generate the figures are included in excel sheets in the corresponding folder for each figure.
Each figure can be generated by running the m file (in MATLAB) while having all the data files (corresponding to each figure) downloaded into the same folder.
