Dataset description This dataset accompanies the research article “High strength and low elastic modulus α/β cp-Ti/Ti–33Nb–33Zr multilayered in-situ heterostructure produced by accumulative roll bonding” (Version of Record: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jmrt.2025.12.224). The deposited data are provided in open, software-independent formats: '.txt' files for numerical data and '.ctf' files for EBSD data. The figures in the article were generated exclusively from these datasets using the data-processing methods described in the article. High-resolution schematic illustrations and SEM, TEM, STEM, and TEM-ASTAR images are available directly in the PDF and online versions of the article and are therefore not deposited separately.
