Screening panel. The 288 Pyrus accessions screened with the Axiom™ 700 K Pear Genotyping Array. For each sample, the Table shows the accession’s Plant Introduction (PI) number, the inventory lot identifier, the assigned taxon and common plant name, the origin, the group to which the species belongs (as in Challice and Westwood [60]), the source of the sample, if it failed or passed quality check and the reason for failure.
