This dataset and code belong to the identically named paper in Nature Scientific Reports (doi: 10.1038/s41598-023-50420-w). It is recommended to use tree view or download as .zip and open the .Rproj file. To use the exact same package versions, run renv::restore(). The code is meant to run in the correct order (i.e., from 00 to 03). An installation of JAGS (https://sourceforge.net/projects/mcmc-jags/) is required to run MixSIAR models. In case you don't want to run the models yourself, the original model output used in the study is included (\"results/model_output\"). Note: this will be overwritten if you run the models yourself.
