Population phylogenomics and genetic structure of the polyphagous leafminer, Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess) (Diptera: Agromyzidae)

This study not only provides additional insight into the presence of cryptic species of L. trifolii using anchored hybrid enrichment datasets, but also increases our understanding of genetic variation connected with host plant and geography in this invasive pest.
