THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT DECISIONS IN MODERN MANAGEMENT

This article analyzes the diploma performance “Princess Turandot” staged by graduating students of the “Art of Pop Acting” program at the Uzbek State Institute of Arts and Culture. The study examines the artistic and educational significance of the performance, its modern stage interpretation, and the creative process involved in its preparation. Special attention is paid to the dramaturgical structure of Carlo Gozzi’s famous play, the stage embodiment of its characters, and the professional skills demonstrated by the student actors. The article highlights the role of acting, stage speech, movement, vocal performance, and collective creative collaboration in achieving the artistic integrity of the production. Furthermore, the research evaluates the contribution of the performance to the professional formation of future actors and its importance as a practical outcome of higher theatrical education. The findings show that the diploma performance successfully combined theoretical knowledge with practical stage experience and served as an effective platform for demonstrating students’ artistic competence and creative potential.
