In Puéchabon and Pic Saint Loup forests (FR), 687 optical measurements were performed in the PAR range (Photosynthetically Active Radiation between 400 nm and 700 nm) with 2 plant canopy analyzers (LAI-2000 and LAI-2200). They were done at sunset (only once at dawn) and at 7 monthly dates between April and October 2021. Plot sampling were designed following ICOS protocol standards and effective canopy plant area index values were computed from FV2200 software assuming a homogeneous canopy.
