Gene expression pattern in fat bodies of flies expressing (or not) a dominant-negative form of the PI3K Dp110 (UAS-Dp110-DN, D954A) driven from a constitutive fat body-specific driver (FB-GAL4). Fat bodies were dissected from flies (5 per sample) expressing the Dp110DN transgene (FB-Dp110DN) or control flies expressing only the driver (FB-GAL4). 3 samples were prepared in total, each on a different date.
