This is an ongoing dataset of historic book images sourced from the Library of Congresss Selected Digitized Books collection. The dataset includes text information such as main title, subtitle, location, date, agent, responsibility statement, as well as the URL and path to the images. It is divided into test, train, and validation sets and is currently used mainly for testing purposes. All books in the dataset are in the public domain and free to use and reuse.
