Skeletal muscle DNA methylation profiles in young healthy men before and after acute and chronic HIIT

This dataset contains 78 vastus lateralis muscle samples from healthy men who underwent 1) an acute bout of HIIT and 2) four weeks of HIIT. This dataset contains 78 vastus lateralis muscle samples from healthy men who underwent 1) an acute bout of HIIT and 2) four weeks of HIIT. From the 78 samples, 25 were taken at baseline, 25 after one bout of high-intensity interval exercise, and 25 after four weeks of exercise training (25 individuals at 3 time points = 75). The remaining 3 samples were replicates. Please note that the processed and raw data files have been updated on Aug 10, 2020.
