Transcriptome of porcine testicular sertoli cells

Twelve samples for the transcriptome analysis originated from primary boar Sertoli cells (SCs), four treatment groups with three replicates for each treatment.(1) C32: The control group, the cells were cultured at 32 degree Celsius.(2) MT32: The melatonin treatment group, cells were cultured at 32 degree Celsius and treated with melatonin for 24h before sample collection.(3) C43: The heat stress group, heat stress was induced by exposure of cells at 43 degree Celsius for 30 min.(4) MT43: The melatonin plus heat stress group, cells were treated with melatonin for 24 h before heat treatment for half an hour.
