DATASET- Interleukin-6 and Noological Resources Associated with Will to Meaning
收藏资源简介:
The present dataset is part of the research entitled Interleukin-6 and Noological Resources Associated with Will to Meaning: Psychoneuroimmunology and Scientifically Informed Meaning-Centered Therapy, which aimed to examine the association between IL-6 levels and noological resources. The study population consisted of 54 participants (25 students in Caldas’ Pre-hospital Care Technologist program, 7 technologist practitioners, and 22 students from other health-related disciplines), selected due to their strong interest in mental well-being and high exposure to stress at their internship. A measurement of IL-6 in blood, and of the resources through the Noological Resources Scale Here-and-Now was carried out. Participants also underwent a lipid profile test and completed a self-report questionnaire to identify potential confounding variables. Data collection took place during 2023. This research was supported by the Manizales + Innovadora Research Grant Fund, created by the Mayor’s Office of Manizales and Manizales Campus Universitario.
