Supplementary online material for Late Devonian apex predators: Anatomy and ecology of Ctenacanthus concinnus from the Moroccan Anti-Atlas

This repository contains the supplementary online material associated to the publication Late Devonian apex predators: Anatomy and ecology of Ctenacanthus concinnus from the Moroccan Anti-Atlas Folder 1: tiff image stacks of the CT-scans of specimen ESEFB-LTM-203 in 12 parts. The image stacks were downsized to 8bit images and cropped for easier handling and brightness and contrast were adjusted using Fiji (ImageJ). Folder 2: 3d reconstructions from segmentations made in mimics. PLY files are given for the segmentations of each image stack for endocast, branchials and neurocranium parts. Two STL files are included which 1) combine all segmentations that include the branchials and neurocraniusm and 2) combine all segmentations that include the endocast.
