Replication package: Kubernetes resource requests and limits in public Helm charts (dataset and code)

Data and code replication package for the study "Right-Sizing in Name Only: A Large-Scale Mining Study of Kubernetes Resource Requests and Limits in Public Helm Charts." Contains the mined dataset (23,028 container resource blocks from 10,537 public Helm charts on Artifact Hub; 17,076 package metadata records), the collection and analysis code, a helm-template rendered-manifest validation, a longitudinal trend, and an open-source resource right-sizing linter. Code is MIT-licensed; data is CC-BY-4.0. Only derived measurements and provenance pointers (repository, chart, version, path) are distributed, not the underlying charts. The manuscript is not included.
