Daily per capita calories supply in China, Germany, UK, and the U.S. 1961-2013

Over the last decades, the daily per capita supply of food calories increased drastically across several countries. In 1961 China, an adult would have 1,439 kilocalories a day on average. In 2013, this amount more than doubled reaching 3,108 kilocalories a day.
