Missense mutations in Myc Box I influence nucleocytoplasmic transport to promote leukemogenesis

This project aims to investigate the mechanisms of leukemogenesis mediated by missense MYC mutations. The computational data includes Chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing (ChIP-seq), bulk RNA sequencing, fractionated RNA sequencing and single cell RNA sequencing. Each was performed on subpopulation of mouse bone marrow cells expressing MycWT, MycT73N or MycP74Q. More details in metadata and linked paper.
