Selection Test in "The genomic and cellular basis of biosynthetic innovation in rove beetles"

This dataset contains the 1) raw sequences, alignments, and output files from the selection tests performed on gene family trees (gene_tree_selection_test.zip) and 2) the codon alignments, species tree, and results of the RELAX analysis on the core gland genes in lineages with benzoquinone loss (hypocyphtines and ecitocharines).
