Molecular profiling of bone marrow stromal cells from healthy donors and patients with chronic myeloid leukemia

Evidence indicates that chronic myeoid leukemia (CML) stem cells (LSC) persistence is due to bone marrow (BM) niche protection. However, little is known about the underlying molecular mechanisms.
