Deep whole genome sequencing was performed for 37 genetically unique individuals of Acropora cervicornis from 9 different source locations to generate a haplotype reference panel for genotype imputation. An additional 335 shallow whole genomes of Acropora cervicornis were generated to explore genetic associations with thermal tolerance variation.
