This data presents the consistent GRACE/GRACE-FO terrestrial water storage (TWS) changes in the Mekong River basin solved by Spatio-Temporal Principal Component (STPC) filters at different significance levels from 2003 to 2024. The TWS data is at different significance levels (i.e., 5%, 10% and 30%). This ensemble data used Release 06 (RL06) Spherical harmonic coefficients data from CSR, GFZ, JPL and ITSG and extract their common features through Multichannel Singular Spectrum Analysis (MSSA). The leakage effect was damped by Slepian conversion, while the data gap within and between GRACE and GRACE-FO was filled by an iterative MSSA. Area-weighted and gridded results for each step (i.e., Slepian procedure, MSSA procedure and STPC procedure) are separately provided. The noise time series of GRACE/GRACE-FO measurement specific to the Mekong River basin can be obtained by subtracting the final STPC procedure results from the MSSA procedure results. The overall mass variation (in Gt) is also provided.
