Appropriate complementary feeding practice and associated factors among mothers of children aged 6-23 months in Bhimphedi rural municipality of Nepal

A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted from August to December 2018 to assess the factors associated with Appropriate Complimentary Feeding Practice. Appropriate complementary feeding practice is the dependent variable and is measured using a composite indicator comprising three out of nine of the WHO Complementary feeding indicators. These are; the timely introduction of solid, semi-solid, or soft food, minimum dietary diversity, and minimum meal frequency.
