Annotated dataset for weakly supervised Cotton boll detection and counting

This dataset is a part of our journal paper titled "Supervised and weakly supervised deep learning for segmentation and counting of cotton bolls using proximal imagery". It contains cotton boll images to detect and count using supervised and weakly supervised methods. The count annotations are provided along with the instance masks.
