Data from: Untangling the complex food webs of tropical rainforest streams.

This submission encompasses biological data sampled in five stream stretches at the Cananeia watershed in São Paulo State (Brazil) in 2019. The dataset includes: 1) Individually measured data from invertebrates and fish. 2) Gut content data from fish species. 3) Stable Isotopes data from animals and basal resources. 4) A literature compilation of trophic interactions for the species in the dataset.
