Measuring efficiency of Thai logistics firms using fuzzy data envelopment analysis

Logistics and supply chain is one of the most important industries in Thailand in term of sustainable development, investment and career opportunity. Plus, this field can grow much further. Therefore, data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a well-known technique for performance measurement and optimization by applying the microeconomics with the linear programing. The purpose is to measure the efficiency of 30 big logistic enterprise that can be consider as the leader of logistics and supply chain industry’s leader by using a long-term investor perspective by applying the financial data to indicate how good they are in term of financial management. For more accuracy of investors’ decision, triangular fuzzy logic can help make the decision easier.
