These files cover each case from the original application for aid to the hearing. They contain depositions and statements which are copies of those in the Supreme and District Courts, but also contain correspondence and other documents relating to the case and its defence, and full transcripts of witnesses' evidence. Much of this information is not found in the official court records as the Public Solicitor omitted to use certain evidence so as not to prejudice the client's case.
