Data frame including: individual IDs (anonymized), their juvenile survival success (binary response), the estimated birth weight, the mother ID (again anonymized), mother status and age when calf was born, sex of the calf, year the calf was born and chromosome-specific inbreeding coefficients for 33 autosomal chromosomes.This data was compiled as part of the Isle of Rum red deer project.Please see the figshare project description if you wish to use this dataset.
