First complete genome sequence of tulip mild mottle mosaic virus

Tulip mild mottle mosaic virus (TMMMV) is classified as a species Ophiovirus tulipae, a member of the genus Ophiovirus in the family Aspiviridae. The TMMMV sequence of RNA3, encoding coat protein (CP) is already revealed. However, no complete genome sequence of TMMMV was reported. In this study, we determined the complete nucleotide sequence of TMMMV.
