Interactive resistome visualizations of multidrug-resistant uropathogenic Escherichia coli isolates from the Brazilian Amazon

This dataset contains interactive resistome visualizations generated for four multidrug-resistant uropathogenic Escherichia coli (UPEC) isolates recovered from urine samples collected at Hospital Universitário João de Barros Barreto (HUJBB), Belém, Pará, Brazil, and characterized by whole-genome sequencing. The interactive visualizations display antimicrobial resistance genes organized hierarchically according to antimicrobial class, resistance mechanism, and individual resistance genes. They were generated in R using annotations obtained from the Comprehensive Antibiotic Resistance Database (CARD). These files correspond to the interactive versions of the resistome figures included in the associated manuscript and allow detailed exploration of the antimicrobial resistance profiles of each isolate.
