Supplementary Materials for the Study on TPM and Sustainability in the Maquiladora Industry

This repository contains the supplementary materials associated with the research article titled <i>"</i><i>Environmental and Economic Sustainability through Total Productive Maintenance: A Dual Approach Using SEM and System Dynamics</i><i>."</i> The dataset includes:<b>Raw questionnaire responses</b> collected from maquiladora industry professionals in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.<b>Additional statistical indices</b> generated from the Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, including outer model loadings, cross-loadings, VIFs, model fit indices, and total effects.<b>System dynamics model equations</b> derived from the validated SEM results, formatted for implementation in simulation software (e.g., Stella Architect).These materials aim to enhance transparency, reproducibility, and future research related to implementing lean maintenance strategies and their impact on sustainability in industrial contexts.
