Faculty of Science at the University of Melbourne: An Historic Compendium

The Faculty of Science at Melbourne Historical Compendium is an online registry of the key organisational units and people within the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Science. It also maps the relationships between these entities and links them to the appropriate historical published literature (both online and in print) and existing archival resources. The Compendium entries are the output of a research database that catalogues and contextualises the history of the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Science. It consists of 287 entries with references to 57 archival/heritage resources, and 253 published resources.
