Effects of organic management practices on soil microbiome structure and function in New York

Evidence indicates that organic farming can increase soil microbial diversity compared to conventional farms. Nevertheless, the specific practices tied to these soil microbiome benefits remain under resolved. In this study, we surveyed 85 organic farms to test the impact of differences in agronomic practice adoption on soil microbiome diversity and functions.
