We report the identification of potential novel RNA targets for box C/D snoRNAs in budding yeast, using the approach of UV crosslinking and sequencing of hybrids (CLASH). Overall design: 28 different CLASH experiments were carried out on BY4741 cells, with NOP1, NOP56, NOP58, and MTR4 used as bait proteins. Cells were either grown solely in glucose, or grown in glucose then transferred to ethanol / glycerol for 20 minutes.
