Segregation of <i>plsp1-1</i> plants transformed with TPP-encoding sequences.

aSegregation from two independent viable lines confirmed to be homozygous for plsp1-1 was analyzed. bSegregation from a viable line confirmed to be heterozygous for plsp1-1 was analyzed. cPlants that developed true leaves after 7-day incubation on MS media containing 3% sucrose and 20 µg/ml hygromycin at 24°C, 19 h/day of light (∼100 µmole m−2 s−1), were defined as “selected”. “Green” and “White” seedlings were visually identified. T1 plants that were selected may have included non-transformed plants susceptible to hygromycin. dGenotypes of a subset of selected plants were analyzed by genomic PCR.
