资源简介：
The objectives of this study were 1) to reveal the bacterial community compositions in Black soils; 2) to determine environmental factors. Soil samples were collected from 26 farmlands across a wide range of Black soil zone of Northeast China in September 2012. Soil pH varied from 4.56 to 6.57. Soil total C and total N varied from 11.77 to 53.53 g•kg-1 and from 0.99 to 4.25 g•kg-1, respectively. Soil MBC ranged from 64 to 595 mg•kg-1.
