This layer extracts the 2 meter resolution lidar elevation data using the landward extent of the highest astronomical tide plus 10.9 feet of sea level rise and creates 1 foot contour lines. Each of the contour lines then has the ground elevation, highest annual tide, mean low or lower water, and base flood elevation values assigned in NAVD88 and MLLW.
