The data presented in this database were used to develop an empirical model for the quantification of Re by portable X-ray Fluorescence (pXRF). Calibration curves were established using a dedicated calibration set. The model was subsequently validated using synthetic validation samples and then applied to prepared geological samples. Data were acquired with a X-250 pXRF (SciAps).
