Dataset: Matrix-based imaging through dynamic scattering This repository contains the experimental dataset accompanying the paper "Matrix-based imaging through dynamic scattering" published in Nature Communications. Data Structure: For each experiment, the dataset includes two files: aberrated_fields.npy: 3D numpy array containing all captured frames through the dynamic scattering medium widefield.npy: 2D numpy array containing the reference image without scattering Processing Code: The I-CLASS reconstruction algorithm is available HERE.
