rhizosphere soil metagenome from Medicago sativa Raw sequence reads

This project aims to investigate the effects of Enterobacter asburiae inoculation on the microbial community structure in the rhizosphere of potted alfalfa (Medicago sativa) through metagenomic sequencing. Soil samples were collected from both inoculated and non-inoculated control groups under controlled greenhouse conditions at Xinjiang University. The study will provide insights into plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) interactions with the native soil microbiome and their potential application in sustainable agriculture.
