资源简介:
Data to accompany an ICES Journal of Matine Science paper. The data set is an excel file (.xlxs) (64KB) to be open using Microsofot Excel and containing three different sheets: 1) Segment data: It contains segment data used to estimate porpoise abundance. It contains the segment ID, geographical coordinates of each segment mid-point, sea state (Beaufort) and sightability per segment, shortest distance to coast calculated from the segment midpoint, median water depth (m) and number of animals visually detected per segment 2) Detection function: This sheet provides data required to calculate the detection function. It includes relevant covariates, sea state (Beaufort) and sightability, and perpendicular distances. 3) Acoustic detections: This sheet contains geographical coordinates of detected porpoises clicks.
